Please Note: Key collection for these apartments is Monday through Friday, 4 PM to 11PM at 32 West 46th Street, 2nd Floor.

Check-in is only between 4 - 11 PM, Monday - Friday. Early arrivals are possible beginning at 9 AM. In these cases, guests will check in and leave their luggage until their unit is ready at 4 PM.

If guests will be arriving on a national holiday or after 11 PM, they must call 800-394-1454 from the U.S. and Canada or 214-369-1264 internationally to receive the email address to use to notify the property.

Check-out is before 10 AM. Late check-in or check-out arrangements must be made in advance. Please call our customer service line at least 72 hours prior to arrival at 800-394-1454 to make the necessary arrangements.

Saturday or Sunday arrivals or departures are not permitted.

Bedding consists of 1 full size bed, 1 queen size sofa bed and one rollaway. If number of guests is 2, a double bed will be included unless otherwise notified. If number of guest is more than 3, a bed and sofa bed will be included unless the rollaway is requested. Baby furniture is not available. Bedding requests are not guaranteed.

Policies

You must present a photo ID when checking in. Your credit card is charged at the time you book. These excellent rates are only available through us. Please do not call the property, as they will not have our discounted rates in their system. Bed type and smoking preferences are not guaranteed. Your reservation is prepaid and is guaranteed for late arrival. The total charge includes all room charges and taxes, as well as fees for access and booking. Any incidental charges such as parking, phone calls, and room service will be handled directly between you and the property.
