Take I-678/Van Wyck Expressway to Exit 9 (SR-25/Queens Boulevard).
Bear left onto Bridge Plaza North.
Keep straight onto Queensboro Bridge.
Keep straight onto ramp.
Road name changes to 59th Street Bridge/Queensboro Bridge - Lower Level.
Keep straight onto ramp towards Second Avenue South.
Keep right to stay on ramp towards 60th Street West.
Bear left onto East 60th Street.
Turn right onto Third Avenue.
Turn right onto East 74th and continue to the property.
